QUALITY CONTROL

Our balancing station is computer-guided semi-automatic station based on vibration measurement. It's a part of sertification system ISO 9001:2000 development. CNC -processing station and 3-D measuring station assures tolenrance and uniform of all parts. Vibration measuring is done also after balancing and assembling of a roll. We measure entire level of vibration and avibration of bays. In our measurement we filter out only once per round occuring vibration so all exterior vibration from other parts is filtered from result.
